Meeting Overview

The Meeting Overview on Matrx admin portal allows administrators to view information of overall meeting usage. Those statistics can be used to analyze the overall meeting situation within your enterprise.

Overview statistics update daily at 00:00 GMT+4. Chart data is stored in the overview for 1 month. Data on the scorecard are the summary of yesterday's data.

Prerequisites

• Business or Enterprise plan
• Admin access with relevant permission

Getting Started

1. Sign in to the Matrx admin portal.
2. In the navigation menu, unfold Meeting Management, click Overview.

Understanding the Data

1. Meetings: 
   1. Scorecard data: The total number of successful meetings created yesterday, excluding 1-on-1 call
   2. Chart data: The total number of successful meetings each day, excluding 1-on-1 call
2. Participants: 
   1. Scorecard data: The total number of participants yesterday
   2. Chart data: The total number of participants each day
3. Meeting Duration: 
   1. Scorecard data: The total duration of meetings yesterday, in minutes
   2. Chart data: The total duration of meetings each day, in minutes

Note: Data on the overview page can be filtered by the enterprise at the top right.
